At Schoffel, we also realize that we are truly indebted to the people that are responsible for the final step in getting our product to the consumers - the store employees. Therefore, we have created solutions that will hopefully develop an excited and knowledge sales staff that is motivated to wear Schoffel products and promote them to consumers, ideally initiating a successful season with an early sell-through.
This season, for all store employees that attend the Schoffel product clinic, they will receive a free Schoffel tee shirt and be given the opportunity to buy a Schoffel fleece below the cost of production. Why would we do this? We have figured out that once people wear just one Schoffel piece, they are sold! This way, the store employees will be a major asset in helping customers understand the "Schoffel difference."
Again, we want the store employees wearing Schoffel products, so we are offering them discounted prices on all Schoffel apparel remaining in our stock.
